Charlie M.

Hello! I’m Charlie, and I am an outdoor enthusiast, supporter of sustainable agriculture, and voracious learner. I have been fly-fishing, kayaking, and backpacking since I was in high school. I explore and learn all that I can about raising animals, gardening, and outdoor adventure. I am always looking for ways to get outside, discover new places, and start new projects. This past year, I founded a student-run operation to raise 200 Red Star chickens on campus to sell eggs in the community around Berry College and produce compost for other existing enterprises. Look for my posts on manufactured housing, raising chickens, planting edible gardens, and searching for fun and beauty in nature.
