We’ve featured 4 Clayton Built® Ranch Style Prefabricated Homes that you guys loved, so today I’m going to share 7 ranch style modular homes. As we go through these modular homes, you’ll notice they come with character and a personality of their own with features such as a country style kitchen, a built-in entertainment unit and a stone fireplace!

2909 Heritage

modular style ranch home - the heritage

First, we’ll start with the 2909 Heritage. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modular home has over 1,600 square feet with a spacious great room that is 23-1 x 14-1 and connects the kitchen and the dining room, which is perfect for hosting family or guests. Plus, the covered porch adds an extra outdoor space for entertaining.

One of my favorite features of this model is the flex space that is next to the master bedroom. You can utilize the space to make a home office or even a playroom - whatever fits your lifestyle the best.

If you’re a parent with children that keep you up late or wake you up early on Saturday mornings, then this home may be perfect for you. The split bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home from the master bedroom, so you can finally have your privacy.

3545 Jamestown

The second featured home is the 3545 Jamestown, a lovely 2,000+ square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style modular home with an open floor plan, kitchen island and a covered front porch. As you enter the foyer, you’ll notice the spacious living room with two windows that allow a vast amount of natural light to shine through the home.

Under the two arches you’ll see the dining room and kitchen connected, which can be ideal if you’re a home cook. Also, in addition to the kitchen island, the kitchen has a sizeable amount of storage and counter space.

Back in the master bedroom you’ll find double doors that open up to the master bathroom which features a separate tub and shower, as well as double sinks for your convenience.

3328 Classic

Next is the 3328 Classic. Like its name, this ranch style modular home has a classic look, but also adds a touch of style with its stone fireplace, breakfast bar and easy-access pantry. Offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and more than 2,000 square feet, this home has it all.

If you enjoy hosting guests, then you’ll surely love that it has both a living room and a family room. There’s plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare meals, and the pantry can help tremendously when it comes to organizing your kitchenware.

Down the hall, towards the great room, the extra bedrooms each have their own closet and share a full bathroom. You may even choose to use one of these rooms as a guest bedroom or a craft room.

Answer M375

For those of you that are looking for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, but don’t need or want as much square footage as the previous home had, then the Answer M375 may be the home for you! It has an even 1,600 square feet, a roomy kitchen island and entertainment unit.

My favorite part of this home is the entertainment unit in the den. It’s the perfect place to snuggle up and binge watch your favorite shows on a rainy day. I also love the overhead lighting above the beautiful kitchen island.

Connected to the kitchen is a utility room, sometimes known as a mudroom, that has washer and dryer connections and a back door. Another interesting feature of this model is that you have the option to change the4th bedroom into a den to make the floorplan a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home.

3345 Classic

The next feature home is the 3345 Classic, which sounds similar to one of the previous models, but definitely has a style of its own. For example, you can add your own touch to the high ceilings by adding optional ceiling beams in the enormous living room and in the master bedroom.

In addition to a stylish master bedroom, the master bathroom suite has a separate garden tub and shower, double sinks and a spacious closet with a bench seat inside of it. As far as the kitchen goes, there are several features that I find very interesting, such as:

  • The unique design for the kitchen island
  • The stylish oven top and backsplash
  • The wine shelves and additional cooler

Freedom 415 Mod

The Freedom 415 Mod is a customizable ranch style modular home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and more than 2,100 square feet. The open floor plan features both a great room and a living room for family activities, as well as a morning room that’s attached to the kitchen to enjoy breakfast in. There’s an optional bookcase divider that splits up the great room from the morning room.

Also, the granite countertops in the kitchen provide plenty of counter space for serving dinner and prepping meals. Two of the features that may be overlooked are the numerous ceiling fans and abundance of windows for natural light throughout the home.

There are multiple feature options in the master bathroom that you can choose between, such as:

  • Bath – 60”x43” shower
  • Deluxe Bath – 48” shower and free standing tub
  • Luxury Bath – 72” soaker tub and 60” shower
  • Tile Shower – 72” walk-in tile shower

Integrity 14 Mod

Last, but not least is the Integrity 14 Mod. This 1,500+ square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ranch style modular home has an open floor plan with a country kitchen. When entering the foyer, there’s a half-wall that you can get creative with, possibly using home décor that matches your living room.

In this home, the country kitchen has to be my favorite feature. This spacious area features a kitchen island with a snack bar, curio cabinet and bookcase. There’s also an optional cabinet patio door that provides easy access to the back door. Throughout the kitchen there’s an abundance of cabinet space and a storage option at the entry of the utility room, so storage space shouldn’t be a problem. Plus, there’s a stairwell option that leads to the attic space. Over in the utility room, there is a variety of options including a furnace, shelves and freezer space making it the ultimate space to organize and more!

Hopefully these interior pictures of these modular ranch homes have given you an idea of your dream home. Save your favorite models to your Favorite's board and share your boards with your friends!
