4 Clayton Built® Ranch Style Homes to Consider

This week’s Friday Favorite will feature a few of my personal favorite Clayton Built® ranch style prefabricated homes. These single-level homes each have their own character with features like covered porches, bonus spaces and handcrafted fireplaces.

The Littlefield

The first featured home is The Littlefield, which is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with more than 2,000 square feet. The foyer welcomes you into the open floor plan that features a kitchen island and a large living room to make everlasting memories with your family and friends. Also, the covered porch adds a nice touch to the exterior style.

The Dynasty

Next is The Dynasty. This beautiful 1,700+ square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom manufactured home has split bedrooms around a large family room, a spacious kitchen with a vaulted ceiling with beams and a utility room with a few options to fit your family’s lifestyle. My favorite part of this home has to be the breakfast bar in the middle of the kitchen because it’s a great place to gather around and socialize – plus it provides plenty of extra counter space.

The Stewart 28

The Stewart 28 is a lovely ranch style manufactured home that features both a wraparound porch and a fireplace. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and more than 1,500 square feet, has all you could ever want and more. The master bedroom has optional ceiling beams to add a personal touch to your high ceilings and the master bathroom has double sinks and a separate tub and shower. In the kitchen, that connects to the dining room to the large living room, there’s a roomy pantry that offers easy access while prepping meals.

The McIllroy

Last, but not least is The Mcilroy, a ranch home with two separate porches. On the inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1,770 square feet, as well as a flex room. The flex room gives you options between a standard den, a retreat or as an extra bedroom that can be a spare bedroom or maybe a home office. Also, in the kitchen there’s a range option, pots and pans rack and a breakfast nook right inside the back porch.

Each of these ranch style homes have the aesthetic appeal of a site built house, but can be yours in a fraction of the time it takes to build a site built home and all at an affordable price. Some or all of these home models may not be available in your area, but our friendly home consultants can help you find a comparable floor plan. So whether you’re trying to figure out if a manufactured home is a trailer or you’re simply looking for the home of your dreams, stop by your local Clayton home center and get started on your home buying journey today!
